Terms of service.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms govern your use of WonMetrics, a service provided by AddonNordic ApS, CVR 46495985, Denmark. WonMetrics is sold to businesses, not to consumers. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. What the service does

WonMetrics watches contract-award notices published on TED, the EU’s official publication channel for public contracts, and on Doffin for Norway. When a competitor you track is named winner on an award, we notify you by email, and we build a supplier dossier for the winner from what official business registers publish. What is available depends on the country; the coverage page states this per country and forms part of these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You may not share a single account across more people than your plan allows, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset.

3. Plans, payment and changes

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices exclude VAT; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge. You can change plan at any time — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, downgrades at the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of that period.

If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Accuracy of the data

We report what an official source published, and when — TED, Doffin, or a national business register. We do not verify that it is correct, and we cannot: the source can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Where an award notice or a filing has not yet been published, there is nothing for us to report.

We do not guarantee that every award will be detected, or detected within a particular time. TED, Doffin and the registers publish on their own schedules and can be unavailable. Where we could not reach a source, we show that rather than presenting older data as current.

5. Not advice, and not a decision

WonMetrics is an information service. It is not legal, financial or compliance advice, and it is not a credit reference agency.

In particular, WonMetrics does not assess companies. A dossier reports what an official register published — identity, financials where the register publishes them, ownership where legally available, and official risk flags such as insolvency proceedings or liquidation. Deciding what that means for your bid, your partners or your market is yours — as is meeting your own legal obligations. Nothing in the service replaces that judgement.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not currently offer a service level agreement, and we say so on our security page rather than implying otherwise.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, or for decisions you take on the basis of information the service reported.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Where we process registry data on your behalf, the data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not resolved after notice. Before we close an account, you will have a reasonable opportunity to get your data: your tracked-competitor list is visible in the product, and you can ask us for a copy of your account data at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
