## Coverage
Award notices: EU-wide via TED, the EU's official publication channel; Denmark is the default
market view today. Norway additionally via Doffin.
Supplier dossiers: official business registers across 15+ European countries.
Financial figures: Norway (multi-year), Sweden (most small and mid-size limited companies —
large filers submit PDF accounts, not data). Finland's register publishes solvency status
instead of figures. Where a register publishes nothing, the dossier says "not disclosed".

It does not estimate or infer figures a register does not publish — gaps are labelled
"not disclosed" instead.
It does not match winners by fuzzy name comparison; winners are resolved via the award
notice's structured organisation records to official registry numbers.
It does not cover tenders before award in v1 — the product is about who WON, and how
strong they are.
